Vendor Managed Inventory – VMI

Bin System, Direct Line Feed, Stock Management Systems, Kanban and Inventory Management Services are all different names you may hear for similar types of services. What these services provide is a way of assisting production by delivering fasteners, category “C” consumables, PPE, and other items directly onto the shop floor / production area. 

With various racking & vending systems available, these can be placed strategically at multiple locations to improve productivity. Parts can be picked at their point of use without the need to perform any administrative tasks to obtain them. 

Once installed, the stock replenishment process manages itself with minimal administration required by the customer because PremFast manages it for you. Or if it suits your requirements better, we can provide you with the barcode app based technology for you to scan your own orders direct to our software! The future is now! Delivery Network

PremFast offers deliveries on a complete range of Fasteners, Fixings, Power Tools, Hand Tools and Industrial Consumables via our fleet of vehicles. Same day local deliveries are available and next day across the southern counties. We also offer nationwide next day deliveries on our carrier network including premium delivery services including before 9am, 10.30am and 12 noon. (Charges may apply & subject to stock & cut off times)

Trade Counter

Why not come in & make use of our trade counter? We have a well-stocked trade counter facility open to the public. We have various pre-packed fasteners along with recognised & trusted brands for trades such as TimberFix screws, Everbuild Sealants, Branded tools & much more!

If you have a thread that needs identifying or a fixing problem that needs solving, then we have the expertise to help! Or you may wish to use our counter to simply collect your prepared order.

Our trade counter is open from:

• 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday
• 08:00 – 16:30 on Fridays

We also so have a few bits in the clearance area at reduced prices. Why not come in and have a look.

Technical Support

We also give free technical advice from our industry trained staff and if we are unable to supply the answers straight away we will contact our suppliers/manufacturers who offer technical support back up, not just to us, but direct to our customers if necessary.
